Why country music ?
~ I guess it wasn’t something that I had to really think about too much, I grew up in the south listening to all the country greats, Country speaks from the heart and tells us a story. Love me some rock and roll too but country music has been a background of my life, its changed so much in the last 10 years integrating rock and southern rock I feel like I get to bake my cake and eat to !!

If everything would be possible (waking the dead included), which two people should sing the ultimate country duet?
~ OooOOoo I like that question! Haha this may be a strange combo but lets hear Patsy Cline and Ella Fitzgerald warm our hearts with a song written by Willie Nelson!

What song you ever recorded means the most to you and why?
~ Oh wow that is a tough question because I have recorded some personal songs in my life but if I HAVE to pick one I’m gonna say Stomp. Stomp is on my new EP dropping in early 2016. It is special to me because it led to this entire Can’t Buy A Southern Girl record. Stomp is the first song that brought Huff and I together , we invested Hours upon Hours writing and re writing it and I am very proud of it! It’s gonna be a super fun live song for the fans to get Stomping to.

Who would you like to write a song for you?
~ Mutt Lange

Whisky wine beer or … ?
~ Haha Tequila. (White Wine is nice too)

Give us one country song you never want to hear on radio anymore and tell us why.
~ Well I’m gonna keep that song to myself but I miss the good ole stuff that told us stories.

What is the question interviewers never seem to ask you and…you wish they would? (Please provide your answer as well.)
~ Did someone try to Buy your Love at some point in your life JUST KIDDING! I tend to get that one a lot. Nobody has asked me what is my Dream and where do I want to go with my music!? My answer is that I love big productions and that I would love to take a BIG show on the road and travel the world singing my music. I want to see all of the United States but I would like to also see Australia, Europe, China – the World! I would like to have a recording studio on our amazing Bus and write during our travels!

Describe the ultimate recording studio (not the technique but the facilities)
~ Haha the one I just was previously talking about. I want a traveling studio that I can take on the road with me so I can record on the road! That is an experience I have yet to embark on but it is coming! I can imagine the energy we would capture and also it allows us the ability to share it with fans and maybe include them in the recordings as well!

Johnny or June ?
~ As much as I love that June personality I am going to have to go with Johnny. Johnny’s voice is captivating, he is a one of a kind performer/entertainer and a legendary talent.

Are you still nervous before going on stage and if so, do you use any “rituals” to calm you nerves.
~ I like to do my little shake/stretch dance before I hit the stage. I always warm my voice up if time allows. When it comes to nerves I still get a few but that lets me know I’m alive (-:

What was the most memorable day in your musical career and tell us why.
~ The first time I heard myself on the radio was an epic moment. I was driving to my show in Northern Alabama and knew Sirius XM The Highway was going to play my song. When I first heard my voice coming through the air waves my heart just busted with excitement. I pulled over immediately by the interstate to take a video. It still blows my mind that my first time hearing myself on the radio was on XM.
